The Common Ostrich is not a crossbreed, but a flightless bird native to Sub-Saharan Africa. This long-legged bird can run at speeds of up to 70 kilometers per hour. This large-eyed bird has unique virtual petals that can protect its eyes from sand. In addition, this oviparous bird species has feathers that can protect its body from direct exposure to sunlight. On the other hand, eggs produced by female Common Ostrich birds produce eggs of large sizes when compared to other land animal eggs.
